WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments are to be made via e-transfer to sermacleansolution@gmail.com
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
All cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 30% of your scheduled service.
DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES?
We bring all necessary supplies, including a vacuum and mop.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEAN?
No, you are not required to be home during the clean. Arrangements for entry can be made.
WILL IT BE THE SAME CLEANER EACH TIME?
We will always try to do our best and send the same cleaner each time.
SHOULD I TIDY BEFORE THE CLEANER COMES?
No you don't have to but if you does make it a lot easier for us to do our job if clutter is picked up and put away.
